While it may not be easy to talk to your loved ones about their final wishes, it’s not a conversation you should ignore. To learn how to start this important dialogue, come to Montgomery County Community College Foundation’s Planned Giving Advisory Council’s free seminar, “The Conversation of a Lifetime: How to Talk to a Loved One About Creating a Legacy,” on Friday, March 23, from 8 to 10 a.m. in College Hall, Room 151, Central Campus, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell. Breakfast will be served.
The seminar features Peter “Skip” Urban, the president and supervisor of Urban Funeral Home in Ambler, Pa., and Mary E. Podlogar, Esquire, of Montco Elder Law® LLP in Ambler, Pa. They will provide important tips on how to start the conversation about your loved ones’ final wishes, including which questions to ask, how to create a legacy and how to make plans for memorialization.
To attend, RSVP by emailing Foundation@mc3.edu or calling 215-641-6324 by March 19. Please feel free to submit questions when you RSVP. Seating is limited, and parking is free.
