The Leadership Game is an excellent tool to break the ice with team members no matter how long they may have experience working together. It allows them to connect and discuss core leadership topics. It also provides insights as to the make up of your team, their skill levels, understanding of concepts, and their perception of your organization.

- Connection - Create a comradery among participants
- Introspection - Participants must look within to gain awareness of themselves. The introspection questions within the game will deliver actionable steps or immediate changes participants can implement.
- Discussion - Participants will discuss core leadership topics
- Debate - Participants will debate topics including ethics, integrity, management, and leadership
