Pottstown, PA – September 25, 2025 – The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted its 5th Annual REACH Conference on September 24th at RiverCrest Golf Club & Preserve, delivering a half-day of empowerment, connection, and professional inspiration. The event brought together business leaders, young professionals, and community members for an unforgettable experience centered on growth, leadership, and purpose.

The REACH Conference is part of REACH Programming under the TCACC Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to fostering community development and leadership. REACH Programming is designed by an active committee of professional women, focusing on bringing together professionals in the tri-county region to network, build relationships, and access professional development and educational opportunities designed to empower and inspire. As a 501(c)(3), the Foundation is eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions and depends partly on donations from businesses to support its mission.

Attendees were energized by a lineup of dynamic speakers who shared insights, strategies, and personal stories designed to inspire and motivate:

  • Mihika Patel – Empty to Empowered: Using storytelling, practical strategies, and interactive elements, Mihika energized attendees to take actionable steps toward success.
  • Melissa DelMonego – Think Like a Planner: Drawing from her 30+ year career in event planning, Melissa emphasized self-reflection, connection, and simple strategies to stay focused, empowered, and accomplished.
  • Kristal Markle-Temons – Bossy Girl Movement: Kristal redefined “bossy” to empower women to be bold, mission-focused, and unapologetically themselves, motivating attendees to live boldly and REACH their full potential.

The REACH Conference embodies the Chamber’s philosophy of “REACH”—extending support to others, seeking guidance when needed, sharing talents, and pursuing professional development. As part of this year’s mission, attendees contributed generously to a Period Poverty collection, providing menstrual products to the YWCA to help women and girls overcome barriers to school and work. Special thanks to Penn State Berks, this year’s Mission Sponsor.

The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce thanks all who attended and contributed to a day filled with excitement, inspiration, and empowerment. Feedback is encouraged to help make next year’s conference even stronger.
