DESCRIPTION:POTTSTOWN   Adult job seekers are invited to participate in YWCA Tri-County Area's first Career Caf  at the Adult Education and Training Center from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday\, March 4.\n\n\n\nThis event will provide free education and training workshops designed to help participants establish steady employment. Career Caf  will repeat the first Friday of each month.\n\nCareer Caf  will provide free and convenient access to the services of PA CareerLink\, a partner of the American Job Center Network. A PA CareerLink representative\, employment coaches\, and AmeriCorps DAWN members will be present at the event to provide one-on-one support.\n\n\n\nParticipants of the event will receive quality guidance through job searches\, career navigation\, and vocational skills training. Participants also will have access to information about other YW3CA resources\, such as high school equivalency classes\, English as a Second Language classes\, support for female entrepreneurs\, and online workshops.\n\nPA CareerLink Montgomery County is Montgomery County's go-to workforce development program\, helping adults discover employment and build strong careers. No unemployment services will be offered during the event.\n\nRegistration is required for this event.
