DESCRIPTION:What:  Chamber Picnic\n\n\n\nWhen: Thursday\, August 1\, 2024\n\n\n\nWhere: Boyertown Area Community Park Pavilion\n\n\n\nTime: 4:30 PM - 7 PM\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend:  All Chamber Members are invited to bring their work family and/or home family.\n\n\n\nWhy Attend: Come out to enjoy the fellowship of other Members by playing games\, enjoying a BBQ picnic from Moyer's Catering\, and socializing.\n\n\n\nThis event is the Chamber's way of bringing some old-fashioned fun for our Members\, to give them the opportunity to network and enjoy a picnic-style mixer.\n\n\n\nCost per person is $25 and includes games\, dinner and networking.  Children under 3-years-old are free to attend.\n\nDinner will be served at 5:30 PM and includes:\n\nHamburgers & Hot Dogs\n\nBroasted Chicken\n\nPotato Salad\n\nMacaroni Salad\n\nHot Baked Beans\n\nRing Bologna and Cheese\n\nPickles\, Olives\, Rolls & Condiments\n\nChips\n\nSoft Drinks and Water\n\nDesserts\n\n\n\nNo alcohol nor tobacco permitted in the park \n\n\n\nWhen registering\, please include all names of those attending\, as well as ages of any children joining the fun. \n\nIf you have any questions\, please contact the TCACC Office at 610.326.2900.
