DESCRIPTION:Are you looking for an innovative way to drive the development of leadership skills in your organization? Do you want to ensure that your employees look forward to their learning experience rather than try to avoid it? Foster creativity\, accountability\, confidence\, assertiveness\, trust\, communication\, respect\, leadership and teamwork in an experiential activity with horses.\n\n\n\nEquine-assisted learning (EAL) is an experiential form of education that involves on-the-ground interactions between humans and horses.  The main goal of equine-assisted learning is to create an environment where individuals and teams can develop specific skills through carefully designed activities with horses. Horses are highly perceptive animals and can mirror human emotions and behaviors\, which makes them excellent partners for this type of learning.\nThis session will focus on developing communication skills in an organizational setting.\n\n\n\nThis is a one time event\, open to the first six members that enroll\, following the event link.
