When in the midst of the grief\, loss and disappointment process\, it can be difficult to live in the present moment. Dwelling on past events can leave one unfocused and unable to concentrate on decisions that need to be made now. Looking fearfully ahead to an uncertain future can leave one unbalanced\, struggling to find the peace and strength needed to endure the current situation. In this Care and Share program\, we will talk about ways to faithfully stay in the present moment and find healing and comfort.\n\n\n\nThis workshop is free and open to the public.
