We are very excited to be partnering with Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) to offer the Supervisor Training certificate program to Chamber Members. If you are preparing an employee to transition into a supervisory role\, this training will equip them with the tools and knowledge necessary to become an effective leader that will navigate your team and company to success. \n\n \n\nModule 1: Principles of Supervision kicks off on Tuesday\, March 2 and continues every following Tuesday through April 6. Each session is from 8:30AM to 11:30AM and registrants have the option to attend in-person or virtually - they can skip the commute and learn from the comfort of their office or home! Topics covered in Module 1 include:\n\n\n Supervisor's Role in Management\n Understanding Yourself & Others (DISC)\n Communication & Listening\n Understanding Groups & Developing Teams\n Emotional Intelligence\, Part 1\n Emotional Intelligence\, Part 2\n\n\n\n\nGRCA Supervisor Training is split into 3 modules. You are required to complete all 3 (in any order) to\n\nreceive the certificate of completion\, but you may still participate in any of them individually if you are not interested in receiving the certification. TCACC is offering a $300 scholarship to first-time Supervisor Training participants (can only be applied to one module)!
