Tom Quigley will be hosting his Annual Healthy Lifestyles Expo on Friday\, May 5!\n\n\n\n"The expo is a convenient way to learn about programs and services designed to help the mature members of our community. Rather than trying to locate the appropriate agencies and then spend time on hold\, I invite everyone to gather information in person\," Quigley said. "Experts will be available to provide information and materials that can be taken home to read later."\n\n\n\nIn addition to a variety of nonprofit organizations and public programs operated at the local\, county\, and state and federal levels\, many area hospitals will also be on hand.\n\n\n\nHealth screenings and lunch will be offered for free to those who attend. Workshops will also be available on topics such as protecting against fraud\, estate planning basics and fall prevention tips.
