The event will be held on Saturday\, August 2\, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will include two dynamic segments:\n\n Outdoor Experience: Our outdoor area will host the majority of vendors\, small businesses\, and wellness booths\, creating a vibrant and interactive market-style atmosphere.\n Indoor Experience: Inside\, we'll offer specialized activities tailored to seniors\, along with health presentations\, wellness talks\, and other focused sessions.\n\nWe're seeking local businesses\, health professionals\, and wellness-focused organizations to set up tables\, share information\, and engage with our attendees. This is a great opportunity to introduce your services and products to the community while showing your support for healthy living.\n\n \n\nVendor Details:\n\n\n Vendor Fee: No cost for a 10x10 tent space if you are a non-profit or if you are a business willing to raffle off a free item\n Bring: Your own tent\, table and chairs along with signage and materials.\n Set-Up Time: 9:00 a.m.\n Event Time: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.\n\nYour participation will help make this event both impactful and memorable.
