DESCRIPTION:In partnership with our CSA scholar program\, join staff of Knee High Farm as we get into the kitchen to discuss the value of vegetables and sustainability in our kitchens.  Learn not only what's in your CSA box or on the produce stands at farmers market\, but also how to use it!\n\n\n\nWe are accepting 15 Mosaic Members to participate in this program.  Registration for the series is required with $10 fee for the entire program that can be paid opening night (6-19-19) in cash or check.  Payment plans are accepted.\n\n\n\n*If you are not currently a Mosaic member\, a one time $25 lifetime membership in addition to the $10 program will be required.
