Jen will instill confidence and build deeper connections and awareness\, and share thoughts behind B.R.A.V.E. She is a compassionate leadership/culture change consultant for corporations\, schools\, organizations and teams all over the country. She is the President and Chief Inspiration Officer of JLynne Consulting Group\, LLC and the Founder of the HUMAN Leadership Institute and a 4-time TEDx speaker.\n\n\n\nJen runs a group coaching program called the Soul Tribe Evolution Project\, has a podcast called The Possibility Project\, writes monthly columns for a variety of publications\, and as we heard at the 2023 Conference\, hosts Lifting Your V.O.I.C.E.\, an in-person women's event with Tracy Davidson\, NBC10 Anchor.\n\n\n\nDr. Jo-Elle Mogerman is the first female President & CEO of the Philadelphia Zoo. She is the 15th president in the Zoo's 150-year history\, and was recently the Director of the St. Louis Zoo WildCare Park in Missouri since 2019. Her career went from the Brookfield Zoo and then the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago prior to working in the WildCare Park. Dr. Mogerman will share her career journey and how she became dedicated to the wildlife. \n\n\n\nDr. Radha Pyati is the Chancellor and Dean of Penn State Berks. She brings a focus on diversity\, equity\, inclusion and belonging\, as well as STEM education\, to her role. She is responsible for all aspects of college administration\, including the quality of academic programs\; research\; outreach\; enrollment and financial aid\, student affairs\; strategic planning\; budgeting\; philanthropy\; community and alumni relations\; and diversity\, equity\, and inclusion.
