Yes\, you read that correctly.  We are asking for you to clean out your drawers and boxes and bring your broken crayons for Be ReZilient.  \n\n \n\nThe "Broken Crayons Still Color'' initiative by Be ReZilient\, is a powerful campaign that celebrates resilience\, strength\, and the beauty found within life's challenges. In a world where adversity often feels overwhelming\, Be ReZilient is on a mission to remind us that even when things seem broken\, there is still vibrant color waiting to emerge.\n\n \n\nAs part of this initiative\, broken crayons are collected symbolizing the fragmented moments of our lives. In a touching and symbolic gesture\, these crayons are melted down and molded into new\, vibrant forms. This artistic process mirrors the transformative nature of overcoming mental health struggles   the melting down of difficulties to reshape and create something new and beautiful. The new crayons will be sent to college students in wellness boxes that will encourage them as they go through their education journey. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhen: Thursday\, March 21\, 2024\n\n\n\nWhere: Western Montgomery Career & Technology Center\n\n\n\nTime: 11:30 AM- 1:30 PM\n\n\n\nWhy Attend: Join your fellow REACH Members for lunch at the culinary program's restaurant for a delicious buffet.  You'll also learn to get comfortable telling your story in a concise\, captivating and compelling way from Lauren Williams\, Chief Boss Lady of Workplace Harmony.  This is your chance to perfect your elevator pitch. \n\n\n\nWhat if you had 30 seconds to nail your own personal introduction? What if you had one shot to blow someone away by telling them how awesome you are?\n\nWhat are you going to say?\n\nWhat story are you going to tell?\n\nWhat are you going to wear?\n\n \n\nWe don't give much thought to these questions - because as women\, sometimes we feel uncomfortable speaking about ourselves and taking credit for ALL THE THINGS we have accomplished. Lauren will be here to tell you it is OK to brag and brag out loud! You've made it this far\, why not shout it out to the world? \n\n\n\nIn this highly interactive workshop\, we'll talk about who we are\, how we show up and what we need to say to perfectly craft our intro to any VIP.
