Accepting is the first step\, but the REACH is in giving or being a mentor. Therol Dix\, JD\, will provide examples from her mentoring experiences in professional settings and the impact on her career choices. There will be a short break away for attendees to discuss the impact mentors have had on them\, and Dr. Dix will provide a quick activity at the end for people to think about their next steps in mentoring.
