DESCRIPTION:What: Refresh Friday Class to help you improve your listening skills as well as presentation skills.\n\n\n\n When: Friday\, November 15\, 2024\n\n\n\nWhere: MCCC South Hall\, Room 216\n\n\n\nTime: 8:30 AM- 10 AM\n\n\n\nWhy Attend:  Are you really listening to your clients and hearing them?  Drive your business by learning the strategies to REALLY listen to your customers\, clients\, and employees\, and take what you've heard to help make impactful presentations. \n\n \n\nIn this workshop\, learn from Joe Rusiewicz\, Executive Director of the Foundation for Pottstown Education\, will teach strategies to listen better\, and we will practice them in class. Once these strategies are put in place\, you will be appreciated more and your customers\, clients and employees will feel heard.\n\n\n\nWe will also discuss presentation skills that will help you make more of an impact with your message.
