Each session is designed so you walk away with a new skill&mdash\;not always a professional one&mdash\;and the opportunity to connect with other members in a relaxed environment.
\n\nIn this two-hour Equine-Assisted Learning session\, participants will experience fast\, practical insights into how they show up as leaders and teammates. Through ground-based exercises (no riding)\, participants build self-awareness and awareness of others\, practice clear verbal and non‑\;verbal communication\, and strengthen trust within ad‑\;hoc teams. Horses respond to intention\, clarity\, and congruence\, giving immediate\, bias‑\;free feedback that helps participants align words\, tone\, and body language\; set boundaries\; read group dynamics\; and collaborate under light pressure. \;
\n\nYou&rsquo\;ll leave with actionable tools to listen better\, give and receive direction\, and create psychological safety&mdash\;skills you can apply at work the next day.
