She serves on the board for Girls on the Run Berks\, volunteers for ProBerco's Harmony Walk\, teaches as an adjunct professor at RACC\, and is a Leadership TriCounty graduate. Her compassion\, initiative\, and dedication bring every partnership to life in thoughtful\, uplifting ways.\n \n \n Health & Wellness Award Kait Weber\, Unleashed Counseling\n\n Kait is a Licensed Social Worker and community leader in mental health. She mentors interns\, launched the Unleashed Farm\, and partners with the LGBT Center to expand access to care. Her creativity\, empathy\, and leadership make a tangible difference in the mental health and wellness of the community.\n \n \n Game Changer Award Owen Magers\, Brixmor Property Group\n\n Owen has demonstrated exceptional innovation and leadership in his roles\, advancing from part-time retail associate to assistant to the CEO at The Victory Bank while completing his degree at Penn State University. He is now an Executive Assistant at Brixmor Property group.
