DESCRIPTION:The TriCounty Community Network (TCN) Homeless Services Program Committee\, in partnership with the Regional Housing Coordinators at Residential Living Options and the Montgomery County Housing Coalition\, will be a holding a Landlords Breakfast. The primary goal of the event is to inform area landlords about services offered in the community and potential partnerships with support agencies to provide more affordable units and assistance in caring for tenants to help keep them housed. The speakers will include: \n\n\n\n District Justice Thomas Palladino - discussing how to avoid the eviction process to save landlords time and effort. \n\n Lynda Haley\, director of Management & Admin. at the Montgomery County Housing Authority - discussing partnerships between the landlords and housing authority. \n\n Russell Johnson\, president and CEO of North Penn Community Health Foundation - discussing the important link between maintaining health and maintaining housing. \n\n Debra Campbell and Brian Tate\, local landlords - sharing their success with housing people with special needs.
