Sylvie di Giusto
Professional speaker, consultant and author
Sylvie has nearly twenty years of corporate experience educating and inspiring thousands of clients worldwide. Throughout her career, she has held senior positions, mainly in human resources, at international organizations ranging from 10 to 100,000 employees. Today she is a recognized member of the international speaking community because she has presented to every strata of management, from experienced CEOs to new executives, within a variety of industries. She is one of fewer than12 percent of the 5,000+ speakers worldwide who belong to the fourteen member associations of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF) and hold the CSP designation, the speaking profession's international measure of speaking experience and skill.
Sylvie is fascinated by the power of image and the way people can use their professional presence to positively influence their career. Over the years, she has learned it's better to craft the way others may perceive you, rather than sit back and hope their perception is going to be great. Her ability to empower people, along with her corporate background, led her to share her insights with audiences worldwide. Sylvie invites employers, employees, and business owners to get real. She asks the necessary questions that enable attendees to think about professional image as much more than just fashion, clothing, and appearance.
When she is not working, Sylvie is volunteering with the National Speakers Association (NSA). When she is not volunteering, she is spending time with her family exploring the extraordinary United States, this amazing place she is lucky to call home.

Realizing Your Potential
Tiffany Seitz
Miss Pennsylvania 2019 & 2020
Tiffany Seitz wasn’t expected to live past age one, but last December, the healthy 24-year-old with an Entrepreneurship degree from Grove City College competed in Miss America 2.0. For Seitz, it is personal. She was born addicted to cocaine. Doctors thought she might not survive and, if she did, would have permanent damage.
Her birth mother couldn’t provide her medical care that she desperately needed, but, by the grace of God and through the Holy Family Institute, Tiffany found a foster family within months of her birth with Lori and Len Seitz, who had already fostered three boys.
It wasn’t until she was at Grove City College that she entered her first pageant. Soon she won a local contest to represent the Butler County, Pa., region in the Miss Pennsylvania pageant, which she won in 2019, earning a ticket to the national Miss America contest.
Tiffany chose to share her story and launched the initiative: “Adoption Advocacy — Restoring Hope, Transforming Lives.” Seitz’s work on the issue earned recognition during media coverage of the Miss America pageant last year. This fall she received the Art J. Rooney Courage House Award through the Holy Family Institute, alongside the current Pittsburgh Steelers Running Back James Conner. She has served her community as the co-emceeing the Cheer-Off For Children with Adoptions From The Heart in Pittsburgh, volunteering for back-to-school event with Blessings Foster Care, volunteering with Milton Hershey School and giving a keynote speech at the Children's Home of York’s 154th Annual Meeting and at TRAC Family Services Pearls and Purpose Program.
