We are all familiar with how to play games. When we play games, we let our ego turn our basic need to win into a competition, which is weakening relationships. "Winning" is not always the best way to play the game in every situation. There are strategies to relationships that you can learn to help you win professionally and in life. Join us to learn from Steve McClatchy what can destroy a relationship and how to build them up.
