In the 2019 Pottstown Hospital Community Health Needs Assessment, one of the top identified health needs was increased access to healthcare for the homeless population. Pottstown Hospital - Tower Health jumped into action to address this need, launching its new Street Medicine program, which works to provide primary and urgent care to the homeless population of Pottstown.
