About Allen Margolius, Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager
Allen has broad knowledge of the investment management industry, with a successful long-term track record in fundamental equity analysis and portfolio construction and management. He has extensive generalist experience covering multiple sectors, collaborating with teams, and interacting with C-level executives, traders, and other investment professionals.
He previously served as Managing Director, Equity Research Analyst at AG Asset Management, where he was responsible for investment ideas across sectors. He also worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he analyzed financial and competitive positions of venture capital distributions and provided buy and sell recommendations to portfolio managers covering $4 billion in small and mid-capitalization portfolios. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Binghamton University.
About Geoff Blyth, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer
Geoff is responsible for managing the overall Tompkins Financial Advisors investment process and strategy, leading the Investment Committee and working closely with clients on their portfolio needs. He has more than 24 years of portfolio and investment management experience.
He previously served as chief investment officer at Genesee Valley Trust Company and, most recently, as senior investment strategist at CNB Wealth Management. He graduated from Colgate University and also earned a Certificate in Applied Behavioral Finance.
