Event Description Are you someone that wants to take better care of yourself, but not sure where to start? Or have you tried and not received the results you were hoping for? Good health doesn’t have to be difficult. Learn how making One Simple Change in the areas of nutrition, hydration, exercise and great sleep and see how much better you will look and feel in just a short time. Join Wellness Coach Deb Tray as she takes you on a journey to teach you how you can achieve a life where you feel good, look good, have more energy and achieve better overall health and well-being. This workshop is free and open to the public. Donations to Pillars of Light and Love are appreciated.
This workshop is free and open to the public, however a $5 suggested donation is appreciated if your budget allows. Hosted by Pillars of Light and Love. Pillars of Light and Love is a non-profit launched in 2015 by business owner Kathy Opperman. The main focus of the non-profit is Stress and Life Management for all ages. Our goal is to educate children, teens and adults to reduce stress, have strong self-esteem, overcome anxiety, build confidence, and achieve effective coping techniques, positive communication skills, and healthy relationships. Donations raised for Pillars fund workshops and provide free stress relief services to those in need. Applications for free services are acquired through Staff@PillarsofLightandLove.org.
