The world can be overwhelming and it's hard to keep up. Many of us lack patience and have no idea how to get it. Life Coach Kathy Opperman and Mindfulness Instructor, Matthew Mitlas, will share tips and techniques to help teens and adults gain more patience and better coping skills for stress management. This information packed workshop is free, but donations are much appreciated! This workshop is free and open to the public, however a $5 suggested donation is appreciated if your budget allows. Hosted by Pillars of Light and Love. Pillars of Light and Love is a non-profit launched in 2015 by business owner Kathy Opperman. The main focus of the non-profit is Stress and Life Management for all ages. Our goal is to educate children, teens and adults to reduce stress, have strong self-esteem, overcome anxiety, build confidence, and achieve effective coping techniques, positive communication skills, and healthy relationships. Donations raised for Pillars fund workshops and provide free stress relief services to those in need. Applications for free services are acquired through Staff@PillarsofLightandLove.org.
