Global Prism- Building Effective Relationships in the Workplace

This learning experience that can benefit any individual in building more productive and effective relationships.  It teaches participants to understand themselves and others, while learning to appreciate the different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the table.
 Leveraging the Everything DiSC and with personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace. 
This 3-hour workshop includes the Everything DiSC assessment (to be completed by each participant before the workshop).
