GreenAllies- Electronics, Appliances, and Metal Recycling

The recycling day is open to every household throughout the region and some charges do apply. This is one of the few programs available to properly recycle electronics. We will also be collecting scrap metal and appliances. All you need to do is get them to us. For the safety of our student volunteers and participants, this event will be a “drive-through drop-off”. We ask that everyone remain in their vehicles and let our student volunteers unload the items.

There is an additional charge for TV’s, microwaves, and computer monitors to cover a disposal fee is charged by the company. SEE DETAILS IN THE FLYER BELOW. Because of environmental issues that make safe disposal expensive, the following require an additional fee:
Flat Screen TV’s $20 (any size)
Flat Screen Computer Monitors $5
CRT monitors and Conventional TV’s $25-75 Depending on the size (TBD at site)
Microwaves $10
