Grow Your Own Potatoes and Onions Workshop

Potatoes are fun to grow and they taste great! Learn about potatoes and how easy they are to grow at home. Forget about big mounds and harvesting woes. With Smart Pots, you can even do them on your deck! We will also talk about how to grow onions. Come for information and stay for the activity!

All class attendees will have the option to participate in the activity. You can choose to create either an onion or potato grow bag (or BOTH!) to bring home. When registering, please choose which option you'd like to participate in so we can have accurate counts.

Option #1 Potato Pot- $25 Materials Fee -You will receive a Potato Smart Pot, Seed potatoes and Soil to create your own potato garden.

Option #2 Onion Pot- $20 Materials Fee- You will receive an Onion/Garlic Smart Pot, Onions, and soil to create your own garden.

Option #3 Make Both for $40

Please register in advance as space and supplies are limited. Payment will be made at class. Open to all ages and really fun for kids, too!
