Joining Their Journey: Free dementia care seminar
Join Keystone Villa at Douglassville, Personal Care and Memory Care for the continuation of its dementia support series called “Joining Their Journey,” held at the senior living community, located at 1152 Ben Franklin Highway E., on Tuesday, Nov. 2, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. As dementia progresses your loved one’s behavior may undergo changes. They may develop repetitive patterns, anxiety or out of character outbursts. Anticipating these changes and understanding the causes can help you deal with them more effectively. For the second presentation, Lori Dierolf from Open Door Training and Development discusses “Understanding Behavior Changes in Dementia.” RSVPs appreciated.
