Lunch & Learn: AI Tools

This will be a hands-on, practical session showing how to use AI tools—ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gamma, and Lovable—to save time, communicate more clearly, and create content faster. Kareese Foster will do live demos that show how to turn ideas into polished emails, flyers, outlines, and presentations in minutes, and how to summarize documents into clear action steps.
