Mary Stuart Masterson: The Little Things
The Little Things, directed by film and Broadway star Mary Stuart Masterson and written by actor/filmmaker Jeremy Davidson, is a dramatic reading of the true life journey of the Elone family, who lost their son to Lyme disease.
This moving production fosters awareness about the growing nation-wide health issues of Lyme disease and highlights the devastating impact it can have on an individual and their family.
Cast includes award winning actor Frankie Faison from the Wire, Hannibal, Coming to America and more.
Presented by the PA Lyme Resource Network and Drexel University College of Medicine to memorialize local deaths from Lyme disease. Event includes pre-show book signing, “Lyme: The First Epidemic of Climate Change”, by award winning journalist and author Mary Beth Pfeiffer, Lyme Disease information booth and free materials, and a post-event VIP reception with the cast.
