Glenn E. Moyer, PA Secretary of Banking and Securities, will discuss the current state and outlook for the Pennsylvania banking industry; provide an update on state and federal regulatory issues; describe “lessons learned” from the 2012 merger with the PA Securities Commission, as well as the agency’s new strategic plan; review aspects of the Pennsylvania state budget that affect the banking industry; and, time permitting, answer questions.
