Presenter Joseph F. Shirley, Employee Benefits Consultant, Maillie LLP, will speak on the topic of Health Care Reform and Employer and Individual Mandates and Penalties. The presentation will focus on the mandates and penalties for employers to offer affordable health coverage to employees, and for individuals to acquire health coverage.
