The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the business of the organization as set forth in the Bylaws which includes:

• Election of Trustees
• Review and comment on the Annual Report
• Such other business as is properly brought forth

The Annual Meeting of the Trustees will occur immediately following the Annual Meeting of Members.
