Music at Emmanuel: Copeland String Quartet
Sixteen Strings
Copeland String QuartetThe Copeland String Quartet was formed in 2003 by members of the Delaware Symphony, and since that time has rapidly been making a name for itself as a very fine new quartet. In addition to playing concerts throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, the group has its own sponsored concert series at the Church of the Holy City in Wilmington, DE., and under the auspices of the Delaware Symphony, the quartet performs educational outreach in the Delaware and Maryland school systems. Come join violinists Eliezer Gutman and Thomas Jackson, violist Nina Cottman, and cellist Mark Ward as they inspire and delight us with sublime masterpieces from the string quartet repertoire. Free admission.
