- Connection - Create a comradery among participants
- Introspection - Participants must look within to gain awareness of themselves. The introspection questions within the game will deliver actionable steps or immediate changes participants can implement.
- Discussion - Participants will discuss core leadership topics
- Debate - Participants will debate topics including ethics, integrity, management, and leadership
