Rachel DeAlto: Communication and relatability expert, Rachel DeAlto is a media personality, emcee, author of “relatable: How to Connect with Anyone Anywhere (Even if It Scares You)” and the co-founder of The MAGNET Method, an employee retention and engagement consulting firm.
You may have seen her featured as an expert on Lifetime’s Married at First Sight, TLC’s Kate + Date, and over 200+ national media outlets. Rachel speaks on relationship building, the power of connection, and authenticity within her most recent TEDx, Being Authentic in a Filtered World.  
Rachel maintains a law degree, a master’s in psychology, and an influential social media presence where she shares psychological research updates and practical takeaways to connect and communicate more efficiently.


Tracy Davidson: A 13-time Emmy Award-winning journalist Tracy Davidson has been connecting with people, both through her position as a news-anchor and as a highly coveted resilience speaker, including a TedX focused on the price of digital distraction. Tracy will bravely reveal her own life experiences and share evidence-based skills which have enabled her to provide information and empathy.
 Tracy’s mission in life is to empower women and girls, both personally and professionally. She will bring her story to our Conference and will share her mission: Lifting Your Voice. 
 
Erica Waller-Hill: Owner and founder of Destined for a Dream Foundation and SpeakLife, LLC, Erica Waller-Hill helps thousands of youth and young adults find courage, purpose, and the tools to help them thrive in society. She is a professional educator for over 25 years and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership.
Erica has appeared in Ebony Magazine, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Rolling Out Media Company, Bucks County Courier Times, and many television and radio shows and has received countless awards for her leadership and continued service to our nation's youth and young adults.
This author, motivational speaker, CEO, and Olympic hopeful will redefine success for our REACH Members and help us to recognize our efforts and navigate perfectionism.

• Business of Influence and Empowerment Award - We are looking for a company or organization that champions for women in their networks, workplaces, and communities. They should be empowering women to take leadership roles through advancements in board positions, senior management and offer professional development.  Please take this opportunity to recognize an organization or business that has truly been remarkable in advocating for women in their company and supporting women in the community.

• Outstanding Young Professional Award - We would like to recognize a young woman who has a presence in the region as the REACH Outstanding Young Professional.  We are looking for an individual who makes an impact through her personal involvement in business, community projects, volunteering, and is under the age of 35.
