They should be empowering women to take leadership roles through advancements in board positions, senior management and offer professional development. - Outstanding Young Professional Award - We would like to recognize a young woman who has a presence in the region as the REACH Outstanding Young Professional. We are looking for an individual who makes an impact through her personal involvement in business, community projects, volunteering, and is under the age of 40.
- Woman of Influence and Empowerment Award - We are looking for an individual who leads by example with courage, confidence, commitment, and integrity to empower those around her, and makes an impact in her community.
