Professionally, she serves as Director of Performance Systems at Henkels & McCoy, where she focuses on developing people and building high-performance cultures.

Her keynote, “The Audacity That Builds You,” will explore resilience, intentional growth, and how adding the right weight in life can transform pressure into strength, courage, and expansion. Each attendee will receive a copy of her new book, Audacious Expansion.
