Following lunch, hear from Danielle N. Adams-Wiltshire as she presents The Power of Feedback: Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement.

Constructive feedback is one of the most valuable tools for individual and organizational success. In this interactive session, participants will explore techniques for delivering and receiving feedback in ways that foster trust, transparency, and accountability. Danielle will also address common barriers to effective feedback and provide practical strategies to create a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
