REACH Luncheon: Women at Work, Minds at Ease

Join us at this special REACH Luncheon in honor of Stress Awareness Month, focusing on stress management and mental health for busy professionals. This engaging event will feature a panel discussion facilitated by Annalisa Smithson of Unleashed Counseling, designed to provide practical strategies and meaningful insights for managing stress and maintaining overall wellness.

Panelists include:

• Ilona Rizzo, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in functional health – Learn how nutrition impacts stress, energy, and mental well-being.
• Dr. Lori Davidson, Board-certified practitioner at Powered By Transformation – Discover practical movement strategies to reduce stress and boost energy, even for the busiest schedules.
• ​Dr. Eric Bean, Board–Certified Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine physician - Will focus on how sleep, our bodies, and mind interact with stress and impact our overall well-being. 

During this luncheon, we’ll explore:

• How nutrition and lifestyle choices can impact stress levels, energy, and overall mental well-being.

• Practical movement strategies that help reduce stress and support a healthy, energized lifestyle.

• Ways to support friends, colleagues, and loved ones during challenging times—through emotional encouragement, resource-sharing, and simply showing up with empathy.

• Small, actionable habits to promote long-term mental and physical wellness.
   

Guests will enjoy a family-style meal at Bally Spring Inn, with an opportunity to continue the experience by taking a refreshing walk on the beautiful grounds after the luncheon concludes.
