• Reimbursement Grant: Receive funds to cover the cost of eligible training, including training already completed this fiscal year (July 1st – June 30th).

• Significant Funding: Awards typically range from $15,000–$20,000 per year for a company, with a cap of **$2,000 per eligible employee**.

• Flexible Training: The program is vendor agnostic—you choose the trainer, the method, and the specific skills training.

• Employee Eligibility: Eligible employees must be full-time, live in PA, work at the company location, and earn at least $16.74 per hour.
