Emotional professionalism is the ability to manage one's emotions while dealing with challenging situations in the workplace. Learn how to read emotions on your clients, team and yourself. In this session you will learn:

Handle a crisis by keeping emotions in check.
Lead a team who all bring different emotions.
Explore why emotional professionalism is important.
Learn key strategies you can leverage to understand, articulate, and manage emotions in the workplace.
