Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration for the full pharmacy at Community Health & Dental Care (CHDC)

We’re excited to share that a full-service pharmacy is now available right here at our main health center in the Shoppes at Coventry! We make it easy to get the prescriptions you need without the added stress. Patients can pick up prescriptions right after their appointment. This exciting addition allows us to better serve our patients’ medication needs by offering expanded medication options, discounts*, and access to an in-house pharmacist to support both patients and providers with questions and concerns. *Qualifying patients can receive prescription medications for as low as $7.

CHDC is a Federally Qualified Health Center with five covenient location throughout Pottstown, Barto,
and Boyertown providing access to affordable healthcare to all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. CHDC is a true patient medical home offering primary and pediatric medical, dental, vision, physical therapy, OBGYN, podiatry, phlebotomy, in-house pharmacy, medication-assisted treatment and is a Center of Excellence for substance abuse disorder. CHDC offers FREE transportation and healthcare discounts. Individuals who qualify can receive a medical visit for $25, dental $40, and prescriptions as low as $7.
