This is your chance to meet in private, one on one, for 15 minutes with a small business subject matter expert.

Business Law: Bruce Baldwin, Esq. Wolf, Baldwin & Associates. Mr. Baldwin is licensed to practice law before all Pennsylvania courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Mr. Baldwin concentrates his practice in  business law, employment law and commercial litigation.

Accounting and Taxes: Jacqueline Gleason, CPA. J. Gleason Associates. Ms. Gleason is an accounting professional whose passion is working and helping small businesses succeed in the current environment of ever changing technology and tax compliance. She is a CPA – Certified Public Accountant, experienced in helping small business owners relieve the stress and pressure of recordkeeping, tax preparation, and tax compliance requirements.

Commercial Lending: Commercial Lending officers from BB&T Bank will be available to answer questions on applying for business loans and other business banking services.

Non-traditional Lending: Lucy Cortez . VP Community First Fund. Ms. Cortez has over 35 years of financial services experience including positions with Meridian Bank and the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities. She is a Certified Fraud Specialist (CFS), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) and Certified Mortgage Examination Manager (CMEM). Lucy currently serves on the board of directors for the Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Berks and works with the Pennsylvania Home Lending Collaborative. She is also a member of the City of Reading Main Street Business Opportunity Committee and Greater Reading Chamber Women2Women Economic Development Committee.  And Don Havas.  Don is a SCORE Certified Mentor and Advisor who has researched and teaches non-traditional sources of funds including crowd funding.

 Business Insurance: Len Geiseler. President at Evans, Hauseman & Richard Inc., an independent agency located in Pottstown.
