ServSafe 16-Hour Class
ServSafe Initial Certification is a 16-hour program presented over 1.5 days of classroom instruction, with the last 3 hours including a proctored exam. ServSafe is a required certification for all new eating establishments. Montgomery County Health Department regulates foods establishments. Comprehensive and detailed instruction covers all material needed to pass the ServSafe examination.
