SkillUp: Productivity & Time Management with John Whitehall
In this workshop, we’ll examine how we spend our time - are we productive or just busy? Do we really understand our most important activities and why we avoid some and embrace others? The concepts that we will explore include:
- Behavior, Attitude and Technique, their relationship to each other
- Being busy vs. being productive
- Task avoidance and hysterical activity
- Paid Time vs. No Pay Time
- Time Blocking
About John Whitehall
For over 30 years I have trained, led and coached high performing, winning sales organizations of all sizes in a variety of industries. Five years ago, after six years as a Sandler client, I started my business as a Sandler Training Center.
I work with Owners, CEO’s, Sales Leaders and Professionals, who rely on selling to expand their customer base to consistently generate profitable sales… but often find their sales organization is not up to the task. By helping the salesforce reorganize its sales process and installing new, specific, measurable benchmarks, these companies are able to identify, qualify, and close high-quality opportunities, quickly, profitably, consistently, even in markets where there are larger, more established competitors.
