Solutions: Providing for Pollinators - Mason Bees
The decline of the European honey bee has kindled an interest in fostering native pollinators in our gardens. Mason bees are only one of these non-stinging, tube dwelling, inconspicuous, but very interesting back yard residents. This program will introduce the life-style of these little helpers and demonstrate the making of suitable, economical tube houses which avoid the serious pitfalls of many of the commercially available products.
