Spring Valley, YMCA health and wellness fair

You are cordially invited to Spring Valley Y's 2024 Senior Health and Fitness Fair. Our event will be held on Wednesday, May 8 from 9:00am-Noon, at the Spring Valley Y. 2023 marked the return of this event, and we had a great turnout. This year, we are moving the location to our front gym, which will give this event more visibility. The purpose of our event is to give seniors and their families and caregivers the resources they need, with some fun mixed in. The event is open to members and the community. The morning will include vendors, fitness classes and other various activities, and raffle prizes.
