THE NUTCRACKER REIMAGINED

THE SCHUYLKILL VALLEY REGIONAL DANCE COMPANY PRESENTS its 49th EDITION of THE NUTCRACKER. The Nutcracker Reimagined.  SVRDC.org is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that has produced a spectacular Nutcracker ballet performance for the community since 1971. This year SVRDC is proud to bring this legendary Yuletide tale to the comfort and safety of your own home in the form of a professionally produced and edited film! Led by the creative choreography of Brittany Ryan and Tim Early, the show features 50 dancers plus professional guest artists. Come join Clara and the Nutcracker and their friends as they battle the mighty Mouse King, then journey from the Kingdom of Snow to the enchanted Land of Sweets meeting the sugar Plum Fairy and performers from around the world. Ring in the holiday cheer to the iconic music of Tchaikovsky! This movie is assured to ignite your spirits and warm your hearts!

VIEWING OPTIONS: If you would like to be part of this reimagined experience go to www.SVRDC.org for information on a high resolution virtual streaming link ticket for $30.00 plus fees (gives you 24/7 access till January 3rd from your computer or tv with an HDMI cable hookup from your computer)  plus Blu-ray and DVD's are also available for sale. 

Also, Starting daily December 21rst through January 10th, SVRDC through Pottstown based The PCTV Network (Comcast Xfinity channels 22,28, & 98 serving, eastern Berks, western Montgomery and northern Chester counties) has made this spectacular gem of a show available for free as our holiday gift to surrounding community. This is scheduled on PCTV Comcast channels and their livestream website (please note the resolution on PCTV is not as quite as vivid as our premium paid high definition options previous noted due to technical encoding translation to a cable tv format, but is still very enjoyable and entertaining to watch and is free so long as you have Comcast cable tv access or a computer to access the livestreaming):
