The TriCounty Active Adult Center is a refuge for older adults in our community. More than 200 seniors a day come here for a hot meal and warm friendship. This is a home-away-from-home for many – an escape from the isolation they feel at home. A place to be with friends, a place to remain active both mentally and physically, and a place to receive the help they need to
successfully age in place. The programs and services we provide ward off mental illnesses like depression, and keep seniors healthy and active so they can live independently for as long as possible.
