For more than 20 years YWCA Tri-County Area has honored exceptional women and our Tribute to Exceptional Women (held the last Thursday in March each year) has become our signature event. But exceptional women were once exceptional girls, and this event, just for girls, honors the next generation of strong, creative, and caring female leaders.
